Long Clawson’s First Grade Blue Stilton is an award winning cheese made in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir by Master Cheesemakers who began crafting cheese over 100 years ago.
Each individual stilton is individually graded and hand-selected to ensure the finest quality. Crumbly and creamy with a bold and expressive flavour, Long Clawson’ s First Grade Stilton has the telltale blue veins radiating from the centre and a distinctive tangy flavour. Long Clawson is one of only six dairies in the world able to make Stilton due to its Protected Designation of Origin status.
Long Clawson Dairy has won Supreme Champion at the Global Cheese Awards for the third time in four years with its traditional Blue Stilton.
