Crisp, flaky pastry with juicy raisins, perfect for an indulgent breakfast or with mid-morning coffee.

Cooking Instructions
Spread out on a baking tray and leave to defrost and ‘prove’ for 2 hours at room temperature.

Egg wash, and bake in an oven at 180°C/350°F/ Gas Mark 4 until golden brown (approximately 18 minutes). Best eaten warm.
