Roussas Feta & Greek Yoghurt Spread is a smooth, creamy combination of just two ingredients, 80% traditional sheep's milk Greek yoghurt & 20% sheep & goat's milk Feta PDO cheese.
Produced at the Roussas Dairy in Thessaly, central Greece using milk from herds that graze at the foot of mount Olympus. The dairy continue to produce feta according to traditional production methods passed down from their nomadic forefathers, the Sarakatsani.
Creamy & refreshing with a slight tang and less salty than Feta, it's the perfect spreadable cheese to snack on.
Spread on warm toasted bread, spoon a dollop to salads & soups or top with olive oil & chopped pistachios to serve as a whipped feta dip.
